So recently I got my hands on a Tecno Spark Go 2024 (model BG6) that was locked with MDM — that annoying “This device is managed by…” message that blocks everything. If you’ve ever dealt with MDM lock, you already know how much of a headache it can be.
After trying a few things, I finally got it unlocked using a PAC file — and yes, it worked perfectly. Sharing it here in case it helps someone else stuck with the same issue.
🔓 What Was the Problem?
The phone was fully working, but locked by MDM. That means:
- I couldn’t reset it
- Couldn’t install apps freely
- Couldn’t change anything in settings
Basically, the phone was useless unless you remove that lock.

🛠 How I Flashed It (Step-by-Step)
- Downloaded the PAC file (link above)
- Installed SPD drivers on my PC
- Opened UpgradeDownload Tool
- Loaded the PAC file
- Switched off the phone and connected it while holding Volume Down
- Clicked “Start” and waited…
In about 5–6 minutes, the phone booted up — no MDM lock, clean and fully working.
⚠️ A Few Things to Know:
- Flashing will erase everything, so back up if possible.
- Use a good-quality USB cable
- Make sure your battery is 50% or more before flashing
