How to flash?
Prerequisites
- Backup Your Data: Ensure all important data is backed up as flashing may erase everything on your device.
- Charge Your Device: Make sure your Samsung Galaxy M11 is at least 50% charged.
- Install Samsung USB Drivers: Download and install the necessary USB drivers for your Samsung device on your PC.
- Download Odin Tool: Get the latest version of the Odin Flash tool from a reliable source.
- Download Firmware: Obtain the correct 4-file for your Galaxy M11 (ensure it matches your model SM-M115F).
Step-by-Step Flashing Process
Step 1: Extract Firmware Files
- Unzip the downloaded firmware package. You should see files with extensions like
.tar.md5
for AP, BL, CP, and CSC.
Step 2: Boot Your Device into Download Mode
- Turn off your Samsung Galaxy M11.
- Press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons simultaneously until you see a warning screen.
- Press Volume Up to enter Download Mode.
Step 3: Launch Odin
- Open the Odin tool on your PC by running

Step 4: Connect Your Device
- Connect your Galaxy M11 to the PC using a USB cable. Ensure that Odin recognizes your device; you should see an “Added!” message in the log section.

Step 7: Start Flashing
- Click on the Start button in Odin to begin flashing. The process will take a few minutes.
- Once completed, you will see a “PASS!” message in green, indicating that the flashing was successful.
Step 8: Reboot Your Device
- Your device will automatically reboot. If it does not, you can manually reboot it by pressing the Power button.
Post-Flashing
After your device boots up, starting for the first time may take longer than usual. Once it’s up, you can set it up as new or restore your data from backup.
